It has several features:
A) Unwinder : apply simple unwinder with magnetic powder clutch to control tension .
B) Coater: respectively apply precision gravure coater, comma coater and reverse coater which can realize accurate coating amount to meet different production technology.
C) Oven: advanced ’box-open ’ oven type controlled by cylinder, each oven can be open like a box which can intuitively see the inner situation of each section, also it will be benefit for late cleaning of oven, the oven liner apply stainless steel which will greatly increase the corrosion resistance,heat conductivity,stability and useful life, each oven section has 4 pieces high-quality steel rollers driven by servo motor.the outer of oven connect stainless steel duct.
D) Tension control: the tension of each section can be controlled separately, which can keep the material running stable without wrinkle and shrinkage. It controlled by floating roller;by tension sensor;by magnetic powder clutch etc.
E) Corona machine: with single corona machine which can greatly ensure the uniform and flatness of material before rewinding.
F) Rewinder: apply simple rewinder with imported tension sensor,rewinding tension controlled by inverter motor with reducer.
