Application:
Suitable for rewinding big jumbo rolls to small rolls, both for material with or without adhesives,such as masking tape/pvc tape/bopp tape jumbo roll,PI/PET tape jumbo roll, plastic film jumbo roll/kinds of paper jumbo roll etc.
Features:
This machine is one set of standard rewinding machine.
It has several features:
A) Use 2-stage length counter to ensure accurate rewinding length.
B) Auto tension control in unwinding part by magnetic powder clutch.
C) Arch roller can effectively expand material,then remove the wrinkle of material.
D) Knurling roller with teflon treatment,anti-stick when through the material
E) Rubber pressing roller controlled by air cylinder which is easy to operate and greatly increase the capacity.
