It has several features:
A) Unwinder : single shaft unwinder applied, use magnetic powder brake to control unwinding tension
B) Coater: respectively apply gravure coater and comma coater which can realize accurate coating amount to meet different production technology.
C) Oven: the customer choose traditional oven type, the oven can open from side door which can observe the inner situation of each section, the oven liner apply stainless steel,each section has 8 pieces anti-stick Teflon rollers which can ensure paper running stably when getting through the oven. Beside,in order to increase its thermal insulation property, 100mm insulation cotton rock be used in each section, which greatly ensure its heat preservation effect of each oven.
D) Tension control: apply various ways to control tension in different parts. The tension of each section controlled separately, which can ensure different material running stable without wrinkle and shrinkage.
E) Rewinder:single shaft rewinder applied, use magnetic powder brake to control rewinding tension
F) Cooling system: customized cooling rollers will greatly improve cooling effect,also it can ensure paper substrate flat,no warping in the bottom.
