It has several features:
A) Unwinder : apply latest double shafts unwinder,the unwinder which can change rolls without stop machine, when a roll of jumbo PVC film unwinding to be over, the other roll will get in at once, which can greatly save the feeding time thereby improving production efficiency.
B) Coater: respectively apply precision gravure coater and comma coater which can realize accurate coating amount to meet different production technology.
C) Oven: the customer choose advanced ’box-open ’ oven type, each oven can be open like a box which can intuitively see the inner situation of each section, also it will be benefit for late cleaning of oven, the oven liner apply stainless steel which will greatly increase the corrosion resistance,heat conductivity,stability and useful life, each oven section has 8 pieces high-quality steel rollers,also the whole production line use anti-static conveyor belt which can ensure PVC film running stably.
D) Tension control: the tension of each section can be controlled separately, which can keep the PVC film running stable without wrinkle and shrinkage.
E) Rewinder: apply latest double shafts surface rewinding way to automatically rewind and cut small log rolls in fixed length without stopping machine.
