It has several features:
A) Unwinder : apply latest disc-type unwinder,the unwinder which can change rolls without stop machine, when a roll of jumbo PET film unwinding to be over, the other roll will get in at once, which can greatly save the feeding time thereby improving production efficiency,meantime it reduce working process which can also greatly increase production efficiency.
B) Coater: apply precision micro gravure coater which imported from Korea, it can meet the coating of very thin materials, also from coater itself, it use small diameter of micro gravure roller which can ensure accurate different coating amount and coating uniformity without folding.
C) Oven: the customer choose advanced ’box-open ’ oven type, each oven can be open like a box which can intuitively see the inner situation of each section, also it will be benefit for late cleaning of oven, the oven liner apply stainless steel which will greatly increase the corrosion resistance,heat conductivity,stability and useful life, each oven section has 8 pieces high-quality steel rollers which can ensure different PET film running stably.
D) Tension control: the tension of each section can be controlled separately, which is flexible to adopt to different PET film running stable without wrinkle or folding.
E) Corona machine: with double corona machine which can greatly ensure the uniform and flatness of PET material before rewinding.
F) Rewinder: apply latest disc-type rewinder, the rewinder which can change rolls without stop machine, when a roll of jumbo PET film unwinding to be over, the other roll will get in at once, which can greatly save the feeding time thereby improving production efficiency,meantime it reduce working process which can also greatly increase production efficiency.
