It has several features:
A) Unwinder : apply latest double shafts unwinder,the unwinder which can change rolls without stop machine, when a roll of jumbo PVC film unwinding to be over, the other roll will get in at once, which can greatly save the feeding time thereby greatly improving production efficiency.
B) Coater: apply precision gravure coater which can realize accurate coating amount to meet customer’s production technology. Customized high-precision gravure/mesh roller can ensure uniform and accurate of coating performance.
C) Oven: the customer choose advanced ’box-open ’ oven type, each oven can be open like a box which can intuitively see the inner situation of each section, also it will be benefit for late cleaning of oven, the oven liner as well as tuyere apply stainless steel which will greatly increase the corrosion resistance,heat conductivity,stability and useful life, each oven section has 8 pieces high-quality steel rollers, which will ensure PE film running stable when getting through the oven
D) Tension control: the tension of each section can be controlled separately, which can keep the PE film running stable without wrinkle and shrinkage. Imported(Mitsubishi,Japanese) tension controllers applied that can ensure stable tension of whole production line.
E) Rewinder: apply latest double shafts rewinder, the unwinder which can change rolls without stop machine, when a roll of jumbo PE film rewinding to be over, the other roll will get in at once, which can greatly save unloading time thereby greatly improving production efficiency.
F) Storage rack: two sets of storage racks are applied in this machine respectively behind unwinder and before rewinder. The devices can effectively store PE film meanwhile reduce energy consumption to ensure the whole production line can work continuously and high-effectively.
